How to post or schedule articles for future publication
Select several articles or a folder, and click the “Publish” button at the bottom.
You’ll get a confirmation screen at the right
In this screen you will see details about your blog publication and several Options
Select Blogs
If you would like to post the same articles to several blogs, just place a check mark next to the blog name.
When
Post all of the articles immediately or schedule publication of your blog articles over a period of days, weeks or months.
In this example, Blogomator will randomly post from 3 to 5 articles every several days (up to 5 articles). What that means is that there could be days when 3 articles are posted and days when 4 or 5 articles are posted. The number of days between postings will range from one to five days. This makes it look like you are doing the posting yourself, not that your blog posts are automated!
Options
“Insert “more” tag after” Enter how many words you would like to appear in an excerpt. For example, if you enter 50, then only 50 words will appear on your blog main page followed by a link that says “Read more…”. Everything after the “read more” tag will be hidden and readers can follow the link to the rest of the article.
“Remove line breaks” removes unnecessary line breaks. If your articles are formatted for emails with a line break after every 60 characters, but your blog automatically wraps the text inside the template, you will want to remove the line breaks so your blog post will look more like a regular web page.
Here is an example of the difference:
This is what an email format might look like:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer
adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh
euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna
aliquam erat volutpat. Ut wisi enim ad minim
veniam, quis huy v pizdu nostrud exerci tation
suscipit lobortis nisl ut aliquip ex ea commodo
consequat.
When you check the Remove line breaks box, Blogomator will automatically reformat your blog post so it looks like this:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat. Ut wisi enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exerci tation ullamcorper suscipit lobortis nisl ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.
After you’re done selecting your Options, click “Publish” to review the your choices and see how your articles will be published.
You will get a confirmation screen that looks like this one:

This screen shows which articles you have selected for posting and when they will be posted. If you would like to change the posting date for any article, just click on the calendar icon and select new date.
To cancel posting an individual article, just click on the cross icon
If you would like to check your articles for uniqueness before posting, just add check marks in the “Check unique” column. Blogomator will skip articles that are not unique during posting. You can go back and re-work these articles for posting later, or you can post them as is – but be sure to bypass the “Check Uniqueness of Article” process.
As articles get posted, you will notice the title of the article changes color in Explorer. When the name of the article is green, it means that the article has been published When the name of the article is in blue, it means that article is in the publication queue, ready to post according to the schedule you created.
